Early Engineers: Did you know.... That Hands-on, project-based learning is the essence of engineering. As groups of students work together to answer questions like, “How large should I make the canopy of this parachute?” or, “What amount of wind strength does it take to affect a windmill?” they collaborate, think critically and creatively, and communicate with one another.
Firefly Art: Did you know... The arts don’t just develop a child’s creativity—the skills they learn because of them spill over into academic achievement. Children who regularly participate in art are more likely to gain academic strength in other subjects in school! Confidence in yourself can go a long way!
Disccover Dance: Did you know... Dance helps children mature physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Children learn to communicate ideas to others through the real and immediate mode of body movement. Children quickly learn to work within a group dynamic!
Super Scientists: Did you know... Science helps children develop key life skills, including an ability to communicate, remain organized and focused, and even form their own opinions based on observation. Children are hands-on learners that is why you should never underestimate the power of learning through play. Interacting with their environment will support their intellectual development.
